OUR SYSTEM HAS CHANGED
 
Video Visitation is available at all four facilities. You will need to create an account at JailATM.com. Video visitation accounts are reviewed and must be approved prior to being allowed to visit. Visiting is available when incarcerated persons have access to the tablets or kiosk. Please check with the person you want to visit to ensure the times they will available.
 
Scheduling In-Person Visitation for SDC-West & Minimum Housing Unit (MHU) is switching from GTL to ICS. If you already have an account set up for the phones you can log into your account and register for visitation. If you do not have a phone account set up already, you will need to create an account at https://icsolutions.com/.
 
Accounts are reviewed and must be approved prior to being able to schedule your visitation. 
 
Professional Visitors are encouraged to register and schedule visits also through this new system in person or video. 
 
All public visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
